I placed my order and paid for my body part (winglet) in April and was told it would be available in a week. I did not receive any update & I call in June to inquire on delivery. At first, they could not locate the part then said it was not a original part made by Volvo. So my option was to cancel my order or modify. Victoria was very helpful & I decide to modify my order to remove the winglet piece from the other side of the car. The final result was very good.

The door I had replaced wasn't finish when I pick up the car. There are two torn gaskets that I wanted to ask about. I called to talk to Victoria. Was told she was busy and would call back. Two weeks later and still have not received a call back.
