Feedback on the status of the car was horrendous. I was repeatedly told tge car eould be finished on Monday only to have no call that the car was done. This went on for 3 weeks and the only way i got updated info was for me to call. At leadt 3 times messages were left and no one returned the call. Someone should be councilrd and retrained.

It's been 2 weeks since I've picked up my car and was told that someone would be sent out to fix my sensors and that has yet to be done. I am not a first time customer but this will be my last time using classic collision and I regret it.
