Work was fine. Communication with customers questions could be improved. I called about noon to ask a question about my car. I was told they were busy and would call me back. I finally called back 2 more times and finally about 2:30 or 3 I called again and the lady said she was going to go out to garage and see if she could get my simple question answered . She was successful and then I could proceed with my arrangements to pick up the car or have it towed to service garage.
