There was a pan that was ripped off underneath the bottom when my car was hit that I had mentioned to the original person who did the assessment along with the bottom side piece , neither of those were completed.

McKenzie S was absolutely great to work with. Got me in for an estimate easy and quick, explained a few things as far as having to deal with Allstate. I know insurance companies aren’t great to work with.. she kept me updated and informed didn’t have to wonder about the progress of my vehicle. Didn’t mind answering any stupid questions I had McKenzie and her team are top-notch.

The updates on repairs were very helpful, the quality of work was good. When I pickup my vehicle the quote had increased, do to the front bumper needing to be recalibrated, I thought the extra $500 was a little excessive, should have been notified in the texts.

I recently had repairs completed at Classic Collision. Upon picking up my vehicle and leaving the facility, I noticed an overspray or residue on my windows, rims, and tires. Since the repairs involved painting, I initially assumed the material was paint overspray. The affected areas were all located on the same side of the vehicle that had been worked on. I returned to the shop to bring this issue to their attention. A staff member came outside, inspected the vehicle, and stated that the substance was likely buffing compound rather than paint. They retrieved window cleaner and a rag, then attempted to clean the affected areas on the spot. During this process, they mentioned that they had taped off the vehicle during the repair but may have missed portions of the windows and tires, which caused the compound to get on them. After wiping and scrubbing, they stated that they had removed most of it and advised that regular car washes should remove any remaining residue. I was then sent on my way.
