I was very happy with the whole process, beginning with the initial setting up the appointments for the insurance appraisals. When my truck was finally able to get in for repairs, they helped me arrange a time to do it if that fit my schedule. What truly surprised me was the regular updates during every phase of the repairs, including the notification of finding that additional parts would be needed and had to be ordered which would create a delay in repairs, as well as notifying me that the running board was no longer available and that they would have to order a different style and asked for my approval. When I asked for a specific type, they found one but let me know what it didn't appear to be as durable as the one that was more like the original one in appearance. Being notified on every phase of the work being done was more than I ever expected and it will definitely make me a loyal customer if I ever find need of repairs again. I thank all of the individuals who had a hand in the repairs on my truck. She looks like a new truck!

Not completed. Still needs the front fenders flame decals that match the original new car we bought off the showroom floor in 2002. CC said they are still searching for these.

My PT Cruiser came from the factory with decal flames on the front fenders and hood. The right front fender was dented in and had to be replaced. This was done but the decal had been destroyed. CC took the job on but was unable to replace the decal. They said they will keep looking but in the interim they needed us to take the car as it was taking up space in the shop. We did take it after they took the left front fender decal off to at least semi-match the car up. I will give the survey straight 10s on the work when they find the same decals for the front fenders to make it look like it did originally on the showroom floor at Anchorage Dodge-Chrystler in 2002. It still only has 33,000 miles on it. My wife's very first new car that she picked out.
