You need to understand my friend’s group doesn't sit around talking about collision repair. Also truthfully, I don’t make recommendations until after several dealings, including disagreements. My standards are pretty high for recommending services.

Initial damage looks nice. Though when blending into the adjacent door, there were some very minor dents that weren’t addressed. Painting over small dings that would take 10 minutes to address seems a little odd.

Hands down THE BEST Collision center in Santa Rosa! A super talented team of skilled professionals do amazing work. My car had to go in for some minor paint work, and came out looking absolutely perfect. And, the work was completed in less than 2 days. Also, the customer service offered at cline is second to none. My service advisor was able to communicate effectively, reassuring me my car was in good hands. They even photographed the process they went thru, which was incredibly extensive to ensure the finished product was 100%. Im so stoked!! Please keep Cline on your mind when looking for competent and complete auto care. Love u guys up there!! Keep up the good work!! It shows!!

I dealt with Jessica Machado for estimating and she was great to work with. Another employee, Tiger, drove me to Enterprise to pick up my rental and I really enjoyed talking with him. BTW, Jessica set up the car rental ahead of time and all went smoothly.
