Our employees follow that same philosophy, from our body and paint tech's to our detail crew. We want our customer to get their vehicle back looking better than it ever has regardless of the repairs that were performed. We have in house Enterprise rental car for when your car is being repaired, or for the everyday rental customer looking for a rental for vacation or something. We do windshield chip repairs and glass replacement on all vehicles including RV's. 24 hour towing and lockout services as well. Handling insurance claims for you from start to finish.

This was an insurance claim where the other driver was at fault and they were covered by State Farm. There was zero communication from drop off till time to pick up. Never received estimate for repairs before they were started, they repaired with used parts, upon pick up the passenger rear view mirror didn’t function correctly because it was a used part. Then proceeded to tell me how much another used mirror would cost and if I wanted him to call State Farm to see if they would cover it? Why would I pay to replace a broken mirror that was in the used door they installed? Going back to have the used mirror installed next week, if the color doesn’t match and they ask me if I want to pay to have it color matched I’m going to lose it. Nice family but do they understand insurance claim repairs?
