The only person I dealt with was Alex Justus and he was fantastic. When I first brought my car in he spent ten minutes down on the hot cement reassembling the bumper and adjacent parts so that it was drivable. He kept me informed about when the parts would arrive. He clued me in as to the most convenient rental car location and that they would pick up my rental at your shop. The repair was done on time and nothing is amiss. Thank you!
