we’ve never had an experience like this before here, and haven’t heard anything like what happened before. I’m extremely disappointed that this is how things were treated and handled.

Received no communication unless I reached out, received different answers as to reason for continued delay (which I wasn’t informed about until I contacted regarding pickup) Extremely disappointed in the lack of consideration for my situation and communication efforts in regards to mistakes and delays, especially since we have never had an issue like this before. Also, forgetting to return personal belongings into the vehicle is astronomical to us, and not contacting regarding for almost 48 hours after vehicle pickup.

Coachwork did a fantastic job with both of my vehicles lately. The body damage repair due to a collision with a deer was perfection. The window tinting on my other vehicle as very good with some minor scratches on the passenger window .

Everything looks good but when they installed the bumper they didn't take in consideration that I have wheel well liners and they one side wasn't tucked in behind the bumper. I appreciate the fact that you took the time to clean my truck inside and out but the floor mats were just thrown in and covered my brake and gas pedals so when I hit the gas I had barely a response and then trying to brake I had no response. Didn't think I had to check my floor mats to make sure they were in the proper position before I left that pmo.I had to slam it in park to stop
