The timeline from beginning to end was not acceptable but unfortunately I felt I had no other option but to wait for the repair to be completed

Had the driver bedside panel replaced. The paint match was very good and they went above and beyond polishing it up and the body work looked great. The only problem was the back tail light doesn't fit in its spot like it's supposed to. Instead of being tight against the side of the truck panel there's almost a quarter inch gap between the panel and the side of the tail light. Not a good fit.

We’re extremely satisfied with the work that has been done on our 2016 Toyota Camry. My car may be old, but I still take pride in it, so I park further away from my destinations and admire the “shiny new look” that COACHWORK has completed after my accident. (Like I mentioned to Taylor, a shiny/flashy red car can make the cops heads turn, so I’ll do my best to stay within the posted speed limit.) 🤣 I’m extremely pleased on how hard Taylor had to work with the others insurance company to have the necessary work covered. In the end, the autobody person/team did a phenomenal job on the repairs & paint job. We still stand back to admire it. ❤️
