Coachworks of West Haven
Bob Fitzsimmons and Scott Walstedter, have over 50 years of experience combined. Bob's been working on cars all his life and worked on his first car at the age of 12 and is a nationally ranked NHRA drag racer. Scott was a fleet repair manager for one of the largest fleet companies in the country before becoming the owner of Coachworks of West Haven. He assessed damaged vehicles every day and helped to perform quick repair and return to the fleet. Each auto technician employed at our location has at least 18 years of experience, with many of them having more. Every technician at our shop is certified by I-CAR, a nationally recognized school for auto body technicians that holds classes and sets standards for those who carry their stamp of approval. Each technician had to pass a series of classes and a test to qualify for this certification. We're so confident in the work of our technicians that we guarantee the quality of their work for as long as you own the car!

I didn't like the work because the vehicle wasn't as it should be fixed, it's badly painted and has some defects, some bumps, the idea was that it would look totally fine and it wasn't like that

Everything looks great considering issue going on. Though my car did not smell great when I got it and the front bumper that was so supposed to be fixed and is still scrapped. But the main area that was being fixed looks like nothing happened and so far drives just like it use too.
