Y’all tried to give me my car without it being ready the first time. Luckily I saw that it wasn’t buffed. The second time, I didn’t find out till I got home that y’all got buffing dust all over the interior of my car. You also got paint on the exterior gaskets and urethane on the handle of my car seat! Horrible product, execution and service!

There should have been some communication about the insurance check and what to do with it. I’ve never been in a wreck so everything was a first time for me. There was,however a very nice older man that walked me through some additional details when asked. I shouldn’t have to ask.
