I have been using Cobb Collision for over a decade now. Currently, my customer service representatives were Andria and Matthew. My process was stress free. My vehicle was taken in immediately and I got it back a week later in perfect condition. Have you ever had to clean PAINT RESIDUE AND SANDING DUST from your interior following a body shop repair ? Not at Cobb Collision; my car was spotless inside just as I had left it. Fast, convenient, impeccable service is what I received. From drop off to pick up the service at Cobb County Collision was “top shelf.” I was kept up to date on the status of the repair process including when the parts were ordered, when they arrived and the expected date of repair. My vehicle was ready a week early and the repairs were exceptional. At pick up I did not have to ask about the warranty because they made sure I was aware of its lifetime guarantee. I was also able to leave my rental because of the arrangement Cobb County Collision had with the rental company. In short, everything was done professionally and easy.

I picked up my car last week and I got a call today saying that the insurance is not going to pay for some the damages. They sent me a quote saying they paid for the damages and I accepted it and now after everything is done they are saying something totally different. Is this some kind of fraud you are pulling? Please take a look into this matter as soon as possible.

Delayed multiple times, felt like as soon as noticed I was from State Farms they didn't treat me as an actual client, I had to call multiple times to get an update. Car was given with low tire pressure which was not on when I dropped off. Not very pleased with service.

Very slow, no updates, dates promised missed twice, felt like I was dealing with a careless shop, came to this place as Cobb County Toyota Service center is usually good with timing and updating, but Collision center was a big disappointment
