Matthew Mullen was wonderful to work with . He communicated so well throughout the process. He got us the oem parts we requested and seemed very knowledgeable about the vehicle and the repairs. The body shop did a great job. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, and we got the car back quickly. Y’all will get my fugue business for sure!

My vehicle was taken in immediately and I got it back a week later in perfect condition. Have you ever had to clean PAINT RESIDUE AND SANDING DUST from your interior following a body shop repair ? From drop off to pick up the service at Cobb County Collision was “top shelf.” I was kept up to date on the status of the repair process including when the parts were ordered, when they arrived and the expected date of repair. My vehicle was ready a week early and the repairs were exceptional. At pick up I did not have to ask about the warranty because they made sure I was aware of its lifetime guarantee. I was also able to leave my rental because of the arrangement Cobb County Collision had with the rental company. In short, everything was done professionally and easy.
