My expectations were not set regarding the length of time my repair would take. When I complained, my representative became withdrawn (nothing rude) rather than getting things back on track. I was also charged two days for a rental car I only had one day.

My expectations were not set for the repairs to require me to rent a car for a week, so I had the extra hassle of returning the car I rented from you and getting one from my insurance company. I was also charged two days for a rental car I had for one day but after the poor service I received I didn't want to argue it.
