This is my second time taking my Rav4 into CCCC. Both experiences have been very good. I am impressed with the professionalism of your office staff. Everyone I have dealt with is very friendly and helpful. I love how you work with the rental car companies making it hassle free for the customer. I love how you keep me informed about the progress of my vehicle and how quickly I was able to get my car finished. The work looks great and I love how you clean my car inside and out which shows how you go one step beyond. Having a car accident is always a stressful experience but dealing with you takes a lot of that stress away because of how you handle the insurance claims and every detail of the process. I know I am in good hands and that helps ease the stress and trauma of being in a car accident. Thank you CCCC for taking care of me and my vehicle. I would recommend you to anyone! Leslie Dean
