Matthew was great, I really appreciate his attention to detail and his attempts to ensure my car was returned to me fully repaired. The body work is great and everything for the most part seems to be in good shape. My issue is that my car was in for repairs for about a month and a half and a couple days after picking it up I’m hearing what sounds like a rubbing/squeaking noise coming from the back right area whenever I press the brake pedal at low speeds. This is the same sound that Matthew described to me and was the reason my car was held longer than expected. Now it seems that I will have to come out of pocket for a job that wasn’t completed. This is more of a reflection on the service team but I am disappointed nonetheless. I have always had a great experience with Cobb County Toyota, whether it’s service or collision. I hope this will be addressed and corrected.

There were times where I was given the wrong info over the phone, from telling me my car was dropped off by the tow company when it was actually someone els’s car to confirming a wrong pick up date advising me all I had left was an alignment when in reality there was still quite a bit of work left to be done delaying the pick up time frame significantly. Didn’t seem like everyone was one the same page.
