If I lived closer to this shop, I would use them as my regular mechanics. I would recommend to others with no hesitation.

From start to finish, I was most satisfied with Cockrell's service and staff interactions. I received a high-quality repair in a respectful manner.

My interactions with Brent and the office staff were sensitive to my situation. I was traveling in an unfamiliar area between TN and home (Ohio) when I needed car repair. I was shown what needed addressed, had repair status explained and questions answered primarily by long distance conversation over a 3-week period. When I picked up my car, I was asked to drive it before heading home (a 3-hour trip) to ensure it seemed safe and road ready. As a bonus, office staff have great local restaurant recommendation for us road-weary hungry travelers.

Cockrell’s is fantastic. The office staff is very helpful and knowledgeable and the body work unbeatable. All I had to do was call my insurance company and tell them the body shop I wanted to use and Cockrell’s did the rest. Highly recommend them!!
