I had my 1998 BMW M-Roadster totally repainted, including a new passenger door as the one on the car was rusting at the window. William Cribbs did an outstanding job in overseeing the task, and the technicians that worked on the car also did an outstanding job. I am completely satisfied with the paint job. Again, KUDOS to everyone involved.

From the moment Alexis answered my first call, I could tell the service was going to be excellent. I worked with Billy and he is superb in his role. This was a scary and concerning experience and they knew exactly what I needed and even anticipated what I didn’t realize can come up in these cases. They have an excellent rental car network, the experience transcends into every step. It’s wild that this has been my best service experience since having my Mercedes. It took a very long time. I had to call several times to see what was happening. The repair was apparently done once and then had to be done again. I'm not sure the color is exactly a match. Since it's a lease, I'm curious to see what the dealer says when it has to be turned in.
