The body work that was done on my car was excellent. My advisor, Tanner Payne went above and beyond helping me get my claim handled in regards to the rental car. Without his help I may have ended up having to pay close to $1000.00. Great customer service all the way around.

Special thanks to Lisa Caporali and the Jamaican mechanic that fixed my vehicle and took care of me. Lisa always communicated with me on the process, what will happen, at what time if possible and the estimated cost. She answers my call if not with a client and if she cannot answer my call I email her and she responds to me right away or in a reasonable time. She listened to me, was patient and treated me like family. She was always smiling even over the telephone. Please give her a big pay increase and the Jamaican mechanic who fixed my vehicle it drives even better than before and was fixed like in about a week when the estimated time was 3 weeks business days not including weekends…..WOW! Now that is service!!!!thank you Lisa and my mechanic!

I have worked in the car business a long time ( now retired ) ,and i would like you to know that i am very impressed with Coggin in general. I feel like i am talking to sincere empathetic employees when i am there. I would like to single out one person who was my main point of contact when my Acura needed $11000 repair , Lisa Coporali was such a person. She was very kind and helped me get through a long ordeal that had me concearned at first. I brought my RDX there because they are a certified shop. State Farm tried to " strong arm me into using their "network"" shops , such as a Ford ,Kia and generic shops that knew nothing about the car that i have. Lisa assured me that i made the correct decision to give Coggin my RDX due to the fact that they are a Certified Acura shop. It took a while negotiating with State Farm and Lisa got the job done. Bravo Lisa 👍

When I picked up my vehicle there was still a noticeable scratch on there that was made putting the break light back in place. They had to keep my car again to fix the repair.
