Completely satisfied with the work but it took over a month to get the car Bach for a dent in the door. I would think a car could be built from scratch in that timeframe. Also, showed up on a Saturday to pick up the car and it wasn’t ready. I do recognize that the insurance company could bear a good part of the blame but I am really not sure with all the bs that floats around most transactions. But I am a results oriented person and the work was top shelf, and Barbara in your office was very effective in followup

I made an appointment with your auto body shop.two weeks earlier and when the car was brought over from your incredibly great Service group. The auto body shop had no record I want to be clear Joey in service is very very good. None of this should reflect on him

My car got a small scratch on the bumper. The repair work was great. My car looks great after the repair. But I feel the price was a little too high for such a small scratch. My car had a much bigger scratch and dent on the same bumper last year, and my cost last year was about half of what I paid this time.

The repair and repair time was EXCELLENT! True Professionalism! However, I asked for three estimates that I knew were customer paid. I have asked about these estimates a few times in the past and I only received one. 1) interior drivers seat back handle , roughly $600. 2) interior trunk plastic cover is cracked and I cannot use convertible top , no estimate as of yet.3) convertible top peeling away from back glass, I was told he would call me with contractor info, no call.

Everything that was told at drop off was correct and honest. Also during the 28 day repair process the app was current and informative. Lastly the quality of the repair was spot on. Paint match was perfect, couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thank you.
