I noticed when cleaning my car yesterday, that there are three tears ion the fabric on the back of the back seat. They were not there when I delivered the car. Mark and Barbara were completely wonderful. But, I expected my car on the first promised date, not the third. I asked for the car to be serviced while it was there and it was not done, nor was the car cleaned inside and outside as I was told would be done for me.
