They did good work; 1 week turnaround. Got a rental car from the Enterprise attached to Cohasset Collision and the agent did a poor job of documenting the damage during our walk-around when I picked up. I dropped off with another agent and there was some confusion on his end about what damage on the car was pre-existing, based on poor documentation. it all worked out, though.

Much to long..25 days in total they had much difficulty is getting the parts (sensor) and three trips to fix it.

Cohasset Collision was so amazingly helpful!! They always called and gave me updates on the status of my part orders and the progress of the repairs. Everyone there was very professional, kind and courteous with every intersection. I also had a bit of a unique situation in that I was going in for a hip replacement surgery while my car was being repaired. Not only did Cohasset Collision drive my home after dropping my car off for repairs but they also brought my Jeep home for once the repairs were finished, knowing that I could not drive and that it was a challenge for me to coordinate picking up the Jeep. They went above and beyond with their service every single time! I would highly recommend them to everyone I know who needs a repair.

Everyone at Cohassett Collision was very professional, helpful and informative. They always kept me in the loop regarding parts and repairs. They went above and beyond not once but twice to help get me and my car back and forth both to drop my car off and when it was finished. They always offered to help in any way possible and since I just had a major surgery I was very grateful and appreciative of their help!
