I rate them highly in the early part of the process: efficient friendly and professional. I rate them poorly on the later part of the process: updates about estimated completion date stpopped; I had to keep calling to ask when it Woods be ready; it was ready after estimated date: when I picked it up I was asked to sign a form without inspecting the car; upon inspection there was a piece of plastic sticking out from the hood. When I pointed it out the person helping me apologized and popped it into place. I went to get an inspection sticker a few days later and was told there was no front plate. I called Cohasset Colission and they did a search and found it. They had forgotten to replace it. It made me feel like they risked the end of the job and wonder what else was missed in their haste.
