My car still had scratches and scuff marks that were not fixed. Also had a white scuff on back corner that was not there when I dropped off my vehicle. They kept it to correct these issues. 2nd time I did bring home only to find out that the inside of my car was covered in white dust on the inside cargo area.

Was supposed to have the car for 5 days added for twenty eight. Cost me a $181 for a rental for the extra time.They had it. Pick that up have a defective grill had to bring it back when they got a new grill in. Ask them to save my old grill from the car. They said they broke it ta lot.I had it off the day before.I brought it to them was not broke.

The vehicle looks fantastic, however, it took quite a long time, as the bumper was not accepted by progressive and they had to reorder it. Then a sensor issue popped up which took a lot longer. I really appreciate the loaner as it helped immensely! I would bring my car back as I do have another repair. I have to pay out of pocket. Working on the door and the hood next. The vehicle looks fantastic but it took quite a while. Good thing I have patience😊

Every time I called they were always very polite and kind. The downside is they never called me to update the situation. I was the one calling the office constantly. You could do better at keeping the customer in the loop with the repairs dragging out or taking way longer than what you thought.

My only complaint is I had to stop in there after 7 days when I didn’t hear anything and they told me the bumper cover that came in was damaged so they had to order another one and it would be another 2-3 days before it was ready.
