Well first off your customer was Mari-Lynn not Edward. Also when vehicle received back from repair the front running lights were not reinstalled tight enough , they are loose and bouncing around but no time to bring truck back will take care of it myself - this is the second time using your shop over the years and booth times received vehicle back with something not tightened or coming off. Customer service was good.
