Coleman’s had my car for two months. Back ordered parts are understandable but I was inconvenienced an extra two weeks because the wrong wheel was ordered and this wasn’t noticed until half an hour before I was supposed to pick the car up. When I finally got my car, I noticed it was driving very sluggish. Got home, my heat shield on my hood fell off and pins fell into my engine bay. One of my headlights wasn’t plugged in (HUGE SAFETY HAZARD; obviously there wasn’t a safety inspection done) and an air duct was just sitting in my engine bay and I just ripped it right off. It wasn’t connected to the top of the radiator so my car wasn’t even close to getting the proper air supply it should have.I took pictures of everything. Looking at it now, my car was being internally damaged because of this shops work. Not only was I driving it around, but the shop also informed me they drove my car multiple times, to a tire warehouse and back, all before I caught this issue at home (more damage). I also noticed that they removed and installed my radiator and other relating components.Brought it back and had these issues addressed, or so I thought. A week later I noticed I was still having air related issues; my car still driving sluggish, my a/c was blowing hot air, and my speed selector wouldn’t stay in place and my a/c would turn off while driving. I had to bring my car back AGAIN and they told me my coolant level was low and that they refilled it and charged my a/c condenser. They told me they could not diagnose the speed selector issue and that I would need to bring my car to the dealer to have the issue diagnosed, and only with proof of it being caused by the accident, would the repair be fixed (even though this CLEARLY never happened before the accident). This was about a week ago, I haven’t had time to drop off my car at the dealer as I have an hour commute working at a hospital, and on my way home from work today my car broke down. I was on the highway, and I had to slow down for the toll plaza and tried to get back up to speed. My car wouldn’t go back up to speed and went into limp mode. White smoke started pouring from my exhaust and from behind the car I could see my radiators fan shadow underneath the car that was moving so slowly I saw it rotating clear as day. I believe my head gasket has blown, but my car is definitely 100 times worse than what it was before my accident. Ever since I picked my car up, this shops work has caused damage to my car. I basically paid $500 (my deductible) for my car to be damaged, break down, and be inconvenienced for three months. I am now without a car again, and need to have my car inspected again, to deal with the whatever damage was caused to my car. This whole experience has been unacceptable.

I feel there is damage to exterior parts near the repaired area . I don't think these scratches or chips happen during the accident because I because I would have seen them when I took pictures.

Scratches and chips along the side of the driver's side Fender which were not there before. Not including loose thunderbolts which I could turn by him that were not tight and who knows else what is loose.
