The repair was awesome, but hard to recommend a business that doesn’t make communication with patrons a priority

While the work was excellent, the communication was 0. We had to call repeatedly to learn the status of my car. I received a text after picking up my vehicle staying I would receive text updates - none were ever received. While I appreciate the excellent work done, no communication and having to wait 3 weeks for the return of my vehicle (when it was said it wouldn’t take long at all) was not appreciated at all.
