Very professional friendly atmosphere extremely helpful .. I told them to lock my keys in my car because I'd be showing up after hours as it turned out I was able to go get my car before they closed and forgot my spare keys .. they were right there to take care of it and get in my vehicle so that I could leave ✨️ that's customer service ✨️ the office staff is friendly .. engage in conversation make you feel welcome .. The car is functional and the repair is acceptable, but there were minor alignment issues and some customer requests were not addressed. Communication could also be improved so I would be cautious recommending the shop.

The car is repaired and drives fine, but the quality isn’t fully consistent. There are slight but noticeable alignment differences on the hood when comparing both sides, along with a small gap in the front grille. The replacement headlight also appears to be aftermarket with a slight color variation. In addition, the front plate mounting threads that were damaged in the accident were not repaired despite being mentioned, which made reinstalling the plate difficult. Overall the work is acceptable but not at the level I expected.

The customer service was good. However, after receiving my truck the workmanship was not excellent. There was paint over-spray that bubbled at the top of my gas cap door. I understand they are busy, , and want to return cars back to people fast, but they need more attention to detail. It seemed hurried.
