The customer service was good. However, after receiving my truck the workmanship was not excellent. There was paint over-spray that bubbled at the top of my gas cap door. I understand they are busy, , and want to return cars back to people fast, but they need more attention to detail. It seemed hurried.

The replaced headlight had moisture in it, which reported.. The trailer hitch had been removed and placed on the back seat floor and I wasn't told about it, I had to call and ask about it. The driver door needs to be lifted, the door latch rubs the striker. I reported the issues to Andrew.

Initially communication was great. They let me know when my vehicle should be ready. However, the day came and went without a call. When I did call to check on the vehicle, it was 1 hour before closing. The gentleman I spoke with let me know the shop closed in an hour (on a Friday). Suggesting that since the vehicle was ready it was unlikely the insurance would cover the rental thru the weekend. After arriving to the shop (10 mins prior to close), I found my car parked outside. All the contents of the trunk (in the storage above the tire) were just thrown in the back seat. I was unable to get my daughter’s car seat in without reorganizing the vehicle. And after being told the car would be washed, even that was not done.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I loved being able to get into my rental on site and return it on site. I also appreciated the phone call updates on the status of my vehicle as things moved along in the project.
