The customer service was absolutely phenomenal! I have not experienced the elite level of empathy, patience, detail, and hospitality since I moved from New Orleans. They need to run training classes to help local business learn how to mirror their "Platinum" standard customer service, and flawless product outcomes! My family and I would give Collex, it's manager, and office manager a 20 + rating out of 10 if we could! Thank you Collex Team!!
