Bill was great at explaining what work had to be done and when the job would be done. True to his word, everything was completed exactly on time. We received regular updates on the progress being made. Carmen did a wonderful job explaining all the work that had been completed. She was friendly, kind, and very detailed. These folks turned a bad experience into one that will lead me to recommend Crash Champions to anyone who would need to utilize your services.

Bill did a masterful job explaining what work was needed to repair our car. He said when the work would be finished and it was done exactly when he said. Regular texts kept me informed about the progress. At checkout, Carmen was friendly and explained all the details needed to make sure that the car would be kept in good condition. Even though there were some parts delivering delays these guys were the nicest people ever! And in the end the bottom line is my car looked brand new! And it was in a bad accident! Now you would never know! So I recommend Crash Champions to every1!
