The repair took 6 weeks because the shop was way behind but in the end they did a good job and I’m happy with the way my car turned out. Seems good as new so far

The repair took over 7 weeks to complete which is way too long and was not told it would be that long. The automated updates I was sent gave me the impression my car was being worked on and was progressing when in reality it sat there for over a month and nothing was done to it except to order parts. Some of the parts did take a while to come in but much of the delay was because the shop was very busy and got behind. They were very nice and helped me out with the additional expense of the rental car which was nice but the delay and lack of information caused a lot of stress, anxiety and inconvenience
