I want to express my thanks and appreciation to John Landis, Service Advisor who oversaw my repair case, and to the entire Caliber Collision team for making the repair experience smooth, clear at all steps, and very timely. John was aware of important upcoming needs we had for the car and, communicating and working with the team, was able to have the vehicle returned ahead of the forecast schedule. This was a major help for us. Finally, the condition of the car upon return was excellent - clean inside and out. Altogether, the team made what is fundamentally a dreaded task into a very positive experience. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision to anyone needing to have car body repairs.

The service at Caliber was amazing along with the kind employees. I haven’t had my Mercedes for a yr and it was dented from a stone that flew up from a riding mower. From the rental that was there within 5 min after dropping my car off to the beautiful work they did on my car I highly recommend Caliber.
