My Experience

The people at this particular shop were absolutely wonderful. They have exceptional professionalism and integrity. David, who is the general manager was excellent. He was able to answer our questions precisely and clearly. He gave us the appropriate timeline that they were going to require in order to make the necessary repairs to my vehicle. The repairs were done exceedingly well, and even found additional minor repairs that required attention (possibly from the factory). All in all I would give them an A+ and I would recommend them to anyone that needed to have vehicle repairs done.

Friendly staff. Thought I would have to leave car there but only took 45 mins for PDR. I was there longer and just a real nice atmosphere would definitely recommend Caliber Collision . Will definitely go back if / when the need arises with or without insurance

I had an amazing experience with Caliber Collision from start to finish! I was originally scheduled to drop my car off last Thursday, but unfortunately I was hospitalized and couldn’t make my appointment. When I reached out to reschedule, everyone was incredibly kind, empathetic, understanding, and accommodating. That meant so much to me during an already difficult and stressful time. I was able to drop my car off on Monday, and I couldn’t believe how quickly everything was completed. My car was finished by Wednesday, and I picked it up first thing Thursday morning! Every person I interacted with was friendly, professional, helpful, and provided exceptional customer service. It’s not often that you receive this level of service while also feeling like the people helping you genuinely care. The entire team made the process easy and stress-free, and I truly appreciate the kindness, professionalism, and excellent work. Thank you to everyone at Caliber Collision for such a wonderful experience!
