When it was ready for pick up I was told to drive to the Collision Center and Carman would notify the car rental company that their rental vehicle was returned. Taylor walked me out to my car and went over everything that was done and showed me the invoice for the repair. I will be going back after 90 days to have the clear-coat reapplied. This was an insurance claim due to someone backing into me and the other drivers insurance is paying. Carman kept their insurance company and the car rental company updated on the progress as well."
