This is the second time I've used them. When my car needed repairs, I immediately chose Nucar Collision. First off, the employees are very friendly and well organized. Second, you can speak directly to the repair person if needed. When I picked up my car, it looked better than the 2026 loaner (mine is a 2016). Mine had been washed, my windows were cleaned (even the inside of the windshield!). The repair man was outside and discussed the repairs which made me feel important. Their work is guaranteed for life as long as the car is registered in my name.

I think overall the body work was great. I am still trying to work out an issue with my tire pressure sensor. The light came on after being hit and has stayed on. I asked and was informed that it is a wiring issue however the jeep dealer said the sensor is Bluetooth and not wired to the wiring harness underneath. I have not had it looked at yet. This was a phone call only but I am looking for possible resolution. All of the team at Nucar was amazing and friendly.
