During my repairs they left my trunk open for days and my car battery died and when I got it back it’s now not keep the charge. When you let an older battery sit dead it kills cells in the battery. They said I need to drive it to get a better charge. I drove an hour home and it’s still not holding a charge

I had a battery issue that I never had before the collision repair. I get alerts from my car stating my 12v battery died and now Price is blaming my batteries age. So sad no accountability. I clearly spoke to the secretary and she stated my trunk was left open and that’s why it died..
