I trusted my vehicle with the Toyota collision center and even after having a verbal conversation with Paul about my accident and what would be replaced after almost a month of my vehicle being at the collision center the tire that I was informed was too dangerous to keep on the car was still on my car. When questioned it Paul informed me that he wasn’t sure if that was due to the accident or wear and tear even after me confirming it was due to the accident which pushed my pickup, rental and everything back leaving me to have to figure out rental extensions and causing more stress!
