As this was my first actual accident in my entire driving career, I was unsure and confused as to how everything would go or turn out. However, the estimated time for the repairs, the professionalism of the team, the swiftness of communication between myself and the mechanics involved in my repairs, and the general knowledge of the overall process and being communicative with me about every step was nothing short of fantastic. Everything was put simply, when a hiccup occurred I was informed that day and kept appraised, and when repairs were complete, the process of getting my car back was as painless as could be.
