Body work was awesome. Customer service was great! Obviously not a service you want to have to use but when you do need it there is no place I'd rather go than Northeast Body! I've had to have my previous car serviced there and was never disappointed.

The shop specifically Jeff went out of their way to make sure ins company paid for rental plan and charged the correct deductible and even charged me less and threw in a touch up on b a mirror that wasn't included in the claim

Everybody displayed great customer service and were very friendly. The work they did on my car looks as if nothing was ever wrong with it! It was also finished in a reasonable amount of time. If I ever need work done again (knock on wood) I will be back. Thank you!

Door was replaced and is overall good however i may need to pull the door a little harder to get it to close properly and not have the car detect it as open compared to previously.
