I'm not satisfied because the bumper which wasn't hit was cracked on both corners near the front lamps. If I hadn't checked this before starting the car and leaving the shop, I wouldn't have been able tocomplain for this job. The owner of th company was right outside and we showed thep bumper to him. He asked if it wasn't hit before, and we told him that it wasn't ever hit there. We had taken pictures and the bumper was notincluded in the fixing because it was not hit. Fortunately, the owner accepted that when the bumper was mounted, it couldhave been cracked. So, they will get new one and mount it. Hopefully, we will have the car back in 2 days.

The repairs are well done. We were surprised that everything was completed 2 days earlier than what was projected. Please note, Patty Ford was amazingly helpful. She was so helpful walking us through the process and updating us.
