So the person running the front desk could have had a little better customer service skills like explaining why my key was taped up or apologizing for the inconvenience when I pointed out it was completely broken...you know a little sympathy at least...I also would have appreciated a 24 hour heads up that my car was ready rather a phone call of hey you better have cash or a cashiers check and get here today before we close that way I can make sure to have my affairs in order. It was extremely inconvenient and I felt my concerns were dismissed unapologetically until my husband called. The work looks good and I appreciate the expertise...just needs work on the customer service experience

Super happy with Collins. They were very professional, got my vehicle fixed up a week before the estimated date, and kept my car safe since they got done early while I was out of the country. I even came back to a nice detail job.

Prompt response to insurance claim. We were able to drop off truck the next day & given updates as soon as they were available. Truck was perfectly repaired a week ahead of schedule. The guys were very polite on the phone & in person.
