The interior of my car, particularly on the right side, was covered with a fine dust. I’m assuming residue from the paint refinishing process? It required me to do a lot of cleaning, and I feel that should have been done by staff at Collision Center.

My blazer was fixed in a timely manner and Madison was very helpful and friendly and the young man who assessed the damage was also friendly and quickly drew up a quote. I am happy with the work that was done

I couldn't give it a higher score because of the under the hood issues.

The body work and the painting seems to be good, but the new "Prius" decal on the bumper still has a few bubbles under it. I couldn't give a higher satisfaction score because after completion of service I happened to check underneath the hood to notice that the hood prop rod was not fastened securely so it was loose against the engine, plus the cover to the fuse box was not replaced and was laying on a flat spot near the front of engine. I noticed this after I heard a rattling sound coming from the engine, so I stopped at a nearby gas station to check; thankfully, I was able to attend to the important details that were missed without any loss or damage to the engine.
