Everyone was very nice during the process. My van wasn’t fixed but instead was deemed a loss by the insurance company. So even though they didn’t repair my vehicle, they let me clean out my vehicle after the shop was closed for the day and were patient while I got everything taken care of.

Bought a 2022 Lincoln Corsair from Carvana. It showed up with a seat needing a repair (hard shell separation from leather and common for Corsairs). Carvana warranty sent me to Gerber on Capital for the repair. Chad and Allison were AMAZING! Super simple process for a customer. Didn’t take long to repair and they cleaned my car better than Carvana did at delivery! lol. Hoping I don’t need them again but will for sure go there on my own, if I do.
