Very poor communication skills. The general manager almost never calls. Doesn’t respond to anything but text hours after. Doesn’t communicate with what’s been fixed. Does not ask me if there was anything I noticed before trying to release the truck to me. I have finally got the truck back now and the mirror is still broken and they did not replace the valance I told the GM about multiple times. I’m sure there other issues to find. The windshield looks poorly sealed on. Fitment of the roof looks off In areas. Just don’t understand how any of that is possible when my truck was with collision center of Lubbock for 4 months.
