Reason being a 4. 1st is my car was never washed as I was told. I had pink marks all over. 2nd was 2 screws were missing under my fender 3rd was I should have not gone out to check on my vehicle if the things I was told were gonna get done. 4th. I was told by the person. If I had referred someone to let them know about my 10% discount, in which I did and no one knew anything about it. Other than that the customer service was good

1.The daily updates showed tha the insurance quote and the Pament were the same. I was required to pay my deductable when I picked up the vehicle. The messages sent evey day should have been the same as the pick up price. The day. after my pick up the previous daily messages were altered to reflect the deductible. 2. From the day of drop off I mentioned a broken lens on a fog light. The first quote did not have is included so I called and reminded the staff. I assumed it would be fixed. The day of pick up the broken fig light kens remained cracked. O eas never informed of a problem. Progressive came to my school and evaluated the concern. It is mow Monday with no update.

My truck was repaired perfectly. It didn't even look like I had ,had any type of hail damage. Just wished they would have dusted the inside abit. But over all great job.

Never got an answer on when repairs would start, then had to continually call to see when it would be complete. Never got an answer until the owner called back and ended up staying after hours so we could pick up.
