Having my car done at Umansky collision center was the only option I had after someone carelessly ran into the back of my car with 100% her fault determined by the insurance company. I had a small scratch repaired there one time and it was perfect and I could never find the repair. But beyond that I had purchased this car to be a, heirloom to my son and I wanted it perfect. I had less than 4,000 miles a year on it for 12 years. I bought the car brand new when I retired. Two weeks I had the car into the dealership for its yearly check up and they did the work and marveled at the condition of the car. They called it the most mint condition car they had ever seen. So when I needed the car repaired, I wanted it back to original condition not just repaired. I wanted it all BMW parts and I wanted it done in a way that it’s simply unable to see any repairs or work on the car. Ken and everybody I interfaced with were extremely concerned that the job was done to perfection. In order to keep the car from being declared totaled, I had to pay out-of-pocket beyond what the insurance would pay before they would declare it totaled. In order to get the car in the condition that I wanted it to be when I give it to my son it obviously needed to be done extremely well and carefully. When I went to pick the car up, I could not imagine that it was ever damaged and it was back to mint condition. It wasn’t just the work. It was the complete attention to the car and my mission. There’s no other place I would take that car and have take it worked on. I am so grateful that there is a place that cares so much about the customers and then have a result that is so excellent. As you can tell words really can’t accurately communicate how I feel about this whole event but Umansky collision center will always receive only the best ratings and the highest level of gratitude for their work on what to me is more than just a car but will be a gift of appreciation, love and respect for my son. Thank you to Ken and the crew at Umansky collision center for delivering to me a restored legacy between me and my son.
