I give the team at Velocity Collision 5 STARS. They were extremely nice and provided me the best service. They replaced my front which fell off (don't ask how). They were several thousand dollars less then other places who wanted to order me a new bumper, but Velosity was able to use and repair the bumper. It only took less than one day. Even got a ride home. The car came back clean. I highly recommend them.

Anthony and his team were very thorough with fixing the damages on my car. Their quality of work is amazing, and my car looks even better than before I had my accident. On top of that, they seamlessly worked with the insurance company, where I never worried about payments or documents.

I want to Thank Collision Champs for first of all just taking care of me. As the first customer in their new North Las Vegas location and being new to them as a single female, I was a little concerned. I went to them because they were referred to me by the dealership. Geico gave me some recommendations but I chose them. The moment I walked through the door and met Anthony and the Collision Champs Team, I knew, I had picked the right team to fix my car after my accident. They helped me arrange for my rental car and arranged to get the estimate with the insurance immediately. Anthony, Rene kept me up to date on everything that was going on with my car. Additional parts were needed so they notified the insurance so my rental was extended. I never had to worry or chase behind my insurance company. They handled everything. The work was completed timely. During the accident food had spilled on the carpet. They cleaned up the spill and washed the car. So when I received my baby (my car back) it was repaired and clean. I can honestly say they were amazing. I am so thankful they opened a location first in North Las Vegas (their other location is Hacienda and Decatur) this location was so perfect for me as I liven in NLV and I am so thankful that they put the right team there. Special thank you to not only Anthony and Renee, but to the outstanding team at Collision Champs.

I had a great experience with Collision Champs, thanks in large part to Ashton. From the moment she called me, she took charge of the entire repair process and made things so much easier during a very stressful time. I was already thankful to have walked away from the accident uninjured, but dealing with the car repairs, the rental, and all the back-and-forth was overwhelming. Ashton handled everything with professionalism and compassion, and she kept me informed about every update—no matter how small. She has a kind, calming phone presence, and when I met her in person, she was genuinely like a ray of sunshine. The whole experience had the warm, attentive feel of a family-run business. I can't recommend Collision Champs highly enough. They truly made a tough situation much easier to handle.

Please completed job from beginning to end. when there was an issue with my car mat being missing. Don't feel it was good business for me to have to take a loss.

Overall the process went well until the end. They missed placed on of my floor mats. They replaced them with new mats. Here is the things, I thought the goals of businesses is to make sure that their customers are made whole or complete. If I had to take time out of my day, use my gas to fix something that the company messed up. How am I made whole in this situation. I can't get my time back nor my gas wear and tear on my vehicle. And I had nothing to do with my car mat getting misplaced. Unhappy and would not ever go back nor will i refer someone.
