I paid for the tire wear caused by the collision repair because it was not covered by insurance. The TPMS warning light came on after the replacement, but the body shop was not responsible for it, so it was not repaired. Also, the gap between the fender and the door was widened, so I told them about it, but that was not repaired either. Overall, the repair period was longer than expected, so I was dissatisfied. It seems that the body shop I chose was on the insurance company's side, not my side. I don't want to choose them next time.

Everyone was courteous and professional.My vehicle looked great! Service was awesome Communication was on point. Would definitely contact if needed in the future and recommend to others. Not sure of her name. May have been Melissa. Kudos to her for excellent, above and beyond service. I live far away and my daughter attends college there and I was stressed bc I could get there to make sure she was ok but this lady took great care in helping make sure my daughter had everything done. I appreciated that so much! She deserves a promotion!❤️

The environment and the staff are very friendly. All of our needs were met and would recommend them to anyone. Any issues or concerns me and my wife had were met and handled right then and there. Shelby and Hope were so very helpful and attentive to our needs they kept us up to date with everything that was going on with our vehicle. I love the professional guidance through the whole process. I called at least three times a week with questions and concerns. Not one times did they give me any grief. I was without my car for at least six weeks but it was worth the wait. They got me back brand new! I am truly amazed!!
